I will always remember Uncle Fred as the "Cool Uncle" - quiet and tough looking, he will be missed dearly. John, Tina, Rolian, & Narelle Nailor
I am heartbroken to hear of Fred’s passing. There were a handful of us that first started the Tampa site. I was a new manager and Fred gave me advice and guidance along the way. A few years later we work together in the same function. I have so many fond memories of Fred. Being invited to attend the Indy 500 that I went to for a few years in the 1980’s. Fred’s penmanship was like artwork. I tried to follow in his penmanship steps and never was able to even come close to his written skills. Fred had a great sense of humor. I still think of some of the things we use to laugh about. Fred was a real inspiration to me in so many ways. He is greatly missed. My sympathy to his entire family. Gary Ellison
I am so sorry to hear of Fred's passing. We worked together at IBM for many years and enjoyed many trips to the INDY 500 together. He was a good friend and we shared many successes, more than a few beers, and found ways to get into fun pranks on friends and co-workers. He was a valued member of our circle of friendship within IBM.... his sense of humor and dedication to our work and friendship were greatly appreciated by all who associated with him. R.I. P. my friend...... my deepest sympathy to his family.
We are heart broken for the Eichelberger family. Fred is in heaven with his parents. Our first Florida friends. We love you and pray for you.
