My brother Chris was my hero, my protector, my rock, and my friend. He had a seven and a half year long battle with cancer that kept popping up all over his body. He never gave up trying all treatments while maintaining a positive attitude, and at the end enduring pain that no one should ever have to. He will be remembered for his dry sense of humor, calm and rational manner, the love for his family, and his courage and bravery throughout his life and his fight to survive. Monica Mauer Capabianco
