Robert H. Hansen, 94, of Feather Sound (Clearwater, FL), died Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at home. He was born February 1, 1928 in Davenport, IA to Clifford and Mayme (Nielsen) Hansen who have preceded him in death along with his wife, Alice; son, Robert; and daughter, Patricia. After he married Alice in 1950, he moved with the family to different sections of the country, including Davenport, IA, Pittsburgh, PA, and Sidney, OH. In 1964 the family moved to Lausanne, Switzerland and stayed until retiring after 45 years working as a metallurgical engineer for Alcoa to Feather Sound area of Clearwater in 1993. Robert was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, Largo and his hobbies include traveling, golf and snow skiing. Survivors include 3 sons, Timothy (Patti), Dr. Thomas (Marilsa), Richard (Wanda); 3 daughters, Mary Alice, Pamela, Barbara (Kiu); 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
