Tora Loretta Bell, 69 of Clearwater, Florida passed away on January 21st, 2022, in Safety Harbor, Florida. She was born in Newark, New Jersey on August 17th, 1952, to the late Rheuben Parramore Sr. and Mary Stokes-Paramore. Tora attended Weequahic High School and graduated in 1970. After high school she entered the workforce and attended Montclair State University with a focus in Business Administration and Accounting. Tora worked for many years at the Urban League in Newark, NJ. Her focus on business lead her to become an entrepreneur with the goal of providing and caring for her family. Everyone that knew Tora knew she was full of life, fearless, the Queen of Style and possessed real swag. Tora loved and lived her life with no regrets! She often ended her conversation with the phrase “You know I love ya, peace!” In addition to her parents, Tora was preceded in death by her brother Rheuben Parramore Jr. and sister Ruth Parramore. Tora leaves to mourn her a daughter Iyonda Makisha Bell, a grandson Keishawn Devine Chambers, a granddaughter Donjenjoy Jayseeya Shabazz, two great-grandsons Keishawn & Brian Chambers, her favorite Aunt Shirley Parramore-Hunter, her siblings Yvette Richardson, Yvonne Parramore, Vora White (Lewis), Rosita Parramore, Abron Parramore, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. A Seaside Memorial will occur on Clearwater Beach, FL Sunday, February 20th, 2022, at 1:00PM. The Repass will immediately follow at the Artz4Life Academy at 1751 Kings Hwy Clearwater, FL 33755.
