“We recently lost my grandma and this was our first experience with needing cremation services. My grandparents were married for 62 years and my grandpa is absolutely heartbroken. Carly was so soft spoken, so sweet, and so educational. She gave us so much of her time- even helping us on her day off. Carly we can never repay you for the kindness you showed us thank you for literally holding our hands throughout this and being so patient with all of our questions and concerns. I saw my grandma after she passed and was so worried she wouldn’t look like her, but she did. My grandma still looked beautiful.
