“I just want to thank Paul at Moss Feaster for his service and understanding through a very difficult time. He was so helpful and courteous and went beyond what I expected from a funeral home. My family made a few changes to the urns that we ordered, and Paul handled it seamlessly. We didn't have a service, but when it was time to pick up our loved one's ashes, a room was prepared to give us time. “We recently lost my grandma and this was our first experience with needing cremation services. My grandparents were married for 62 years and my grandpa is absolutely heartbroken. Carly was so soft spoken, so sweet, and so educational. She gave us so much of her time- even helping us on her day off. Carly we can never repay you for the kindness you showed us thank you for literally holding our hands throughout this and being so patient with all of our questions and concerns. I saw my grandma after she passed and was so worried she wouldn’t look like her, but she did. My grandma still looked beautiful. Thank you for allowing my family, including my grandma to have dignity and for being the best part of this unimaginable process.”
