I’m so sorry to see that Al passed away. He was my boss at Campus Convenience many years ago and I’ll never forget how supportive he was of his workers, always telling us to put our studies first even if it meant extra work for him to fill a shift. Most of us were students, but I remember he also gave a shot to people who had cognitive impairments or had been homeless, people who needed a chance. He had a great heart and helped a lot of us get started in the working world.
