Mike and I moved into Aberdeen Building right next to Alice last summer. At that time, Alice was able to get out on the front porch to check out the flowers and Woody would take her to the casino which Alice loved .
Since then, Alice has gotten progressively less active, to the point where she could not get out of bed. Woody was with Alice through all of this and did what he needed to do to make sure she had the best care. I have never seen anyone as dedicated to his parent as Woody. He was certainly an angel to Alice.
We visited Alice often and she was a very pleasant person, even in her condition.
She loved hearing about our adventures in Florida. She shared many of her plants from her garden which are now surrounding our patio.
I know Alice was an accept to our community and will be greatly missed.
