Alicia Nogueira was born in Havana, Cuba on November 29,1943 to parents Ernesto and Nereida Alonso. She moved to the United States when she was young and was a phlebotomist through her adult life. She was a resident of Clearwater, Florida and a member of the church of Scientology.
