Alvaro E Fernandez Jr's Obituary
Fernandez, Alvaro E. 62, of Clearwater, passed away March 5, 2015. Alvaro was born in the Bronx, NY and moved to Clearwater in 1990. He worked as an appliance technician with Al’s All Appliance for several years. Alvaro loved music (especially José José, Marco Antonio Solis, and the oldies), enjoyed cooking (lasagna, cakes, and Italian food), watching his horror movies, spending time in nature, fishing, and telling stories of his childhood (example: “…He used to go up on a rooftop in the Bronx and watch the Yankees games from there…”), but above all things, Alvaro most of all loved Jesus. He is survived by his loving wife, Ana Quinones; children Eddie Fernandez of New York, Laura Fernandez of Virginia, Jahayra Torrelli of Clearwater, and Alvaro E Fernandez Jr. of Clearwater; grandchildren Kenneth Fernandez of New York, James Collins of Virginia, and Luca Torrelli of Clearwater.
