Andrew Michael Kissell, JR. entered into rest on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 in Dunedin, FL.
The son of the late, Andrew SR. and Shirley Jean Olsen Kissell, he was born of May 28, 1954 in Hennepin County, Minnesota. Andy was a graduate of the Vocational Institute in Minneapolis for Accounting as well as Diesel Truck Driver Training.
Andrew was proud to serve our nation as a member or the U.S. Navy aboard The USS Hancock CVA-19. He was assigned to Special Weapons in 1972.
Andy is survived by his loving children; Andrew Michael Kissell III, Lisa Danielle Kissell Franco, & Jordan Justice Elliott Andrews; grandchildren, Chelsea Marie Halling, Cassidy Frances Halling, Damon Thomas Halling & Chayton James Frizzell.
Andy enjoyed playing Billiards, Football and Basketball and especially traveling.
