Angel Chevere's Obituary
Angel Heredia Chevere, 94, passed away peacefully on September 8, 2024. Born in Jayuya, Puerto Rico, he was the beloved husband of the late Aracelis, and the cherished son of the late Jose Chevere and Maria Pastora. A devoted father, Angel is survived by his loving daughters Marissa Chevere Hanson, Lisette Chevere, and Hilda Rivera. He was the dear brother of Hilda Carlo and is preceded in death by his son, Angel Efrain Chevere, and his grandson, Gabriel Rivera and his great grandson Sean Bridges. Angel leaves behind a legacy of love and family through his seven grandchildren: Michael Quesada, Michelle Quesada, Kristina Hanson Schmidt, Eric Rivera, Angel Chevere, Jr. and Giselle Rivera. His memory will also be cherished by his great-grandchildren: Isaiah Quesada, Noah Quesada, Madeline Quesada, Josiah Quesada, Mia Bridges, Angelina Chevere and Beckham Christmann Quesada. Catholic, Angel lived a life of faith and service. He proudly served his country in the United States Army and later retired from the United States Post Office. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Angel’s memory to the Wounded Warrior Project. Angel will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His legacy of kindness, devotion, and love will continue to inspire those he leaves behind. May he rest in eternal peace.
Visitation for Angel will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2024, from 10am – 12pm, followed by a funeral service at 12pm, in the Moss Feaster Funeral Home, 1320 Main Street, Dunedin FL. At the family’s request, burial will be private.
