Anita Sean Bergen's Obituary
Anita S. Bergen, age 66 of Palm Harbor, FL passed away on Thursday, March 2nd. She was born to the late Rita and Jeremiah Buckley on June 16, 1950.
Anita grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where she attended and graduated from the Philadelphia High School for Girls. She met her husband Tom at the tender young of age of 17. Shortly after they began dating, both of Anita's parents passed away. After Anita's parents passed away Anita and Tom got married.
Anita is survived by her husband of 48 years, Thomas Bergen, her daughter, Julie and son Tommy and his wife Jenny, her 3 grandchildren (Zachary, Ethan, and McKenzie), her sister, Kate Buckley, her sister-in-law Eileen Bergen, and her nephew John Colaianni and his wife Danielle.
Anita was a dear friend to all and would take the shirt off of her back to help anyone. She was the kindest sweetest, most selfless, loyal, loving, forgiving person. A mother who showed unconditional love and acceptance, a loyal and loving wife and the best sister and friend anyone could ask for. Anita and her husband Tom were both excellent role models in showing their children the meaning of having a hard work ethic and how to have a happy, loving and respectful married life.
Anita's passions were cooking her family's favorite dishes, gardening, traveling and spending as much time as she could with family, friends, and especially her grandchildren.
Memories of Anita will be cherished and she will be deeply missed by all.
