Ann K. Irwin's Obituary
Ann Kathleen Irwin (nee Brown) of Clearwater passed away peacefully on November 14, 2021 at the age of 78. She was born in New York, New York on St. Patrick’s Day in 1943. Ann was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She was a long-time member of the Lady’s Ancient Order of Hibernians, Florida West Coast Irish Club, Pot of Gold Club, Questers, and St. Cecelia Catholic Church. Together, Ann and her husband, John, founded a successful business – The Tax Specialist.
Ann is preceded in death by her parents, Alexander and Nellie Brown, husband John Irwin, brother Alex Brown, and many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. She is survived by children Kathleen (Michael) Vajda, Stephen (Beth) Irwin, and Sean Irwin, grandchildren Alec, Aerin, Evie, and Graham, sister Eleanor (Johnny) Hyland and nieces Siobhan (John) Duffy and Kristen Hyland. Ann will also be forever remembered by her many cousins, extended family and dear friends.
Visitation will be Wednesday, November 17th, 6:00PM-8:00PM at Moss Feaster Funeral Home, 693 S Belcher Rd, Clearwater, FL 33764. The funeral Mass will be 10:30AM Thursday, November 18th at St. Cecelia Catholic Church, 820 Jasmine Way, Clearwater, FL 33756. Entombment to follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Ann’s name to the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
