Ann Catherine McGuire's Obituary
Ann (Anna) McGuire
Wonderful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother who lived her life
for her family.
She was born in Brooklyn, NY in 1929, the second of six children
to Anna and Charles Scheid.
She married Philip in 1948, and had three daughters,
Patricia, Kathleen, Teresa.
After moving to Clearwater, with no other relatives here,
Ann made friends quickly with and remained close to them
over the years. Once settled in Dunedin she worked various jobs,
including sewing drapes for mobile homes,
bank teller, customer service in a store credit department,
city secretary. She enjoyed music, dancing, bowling, going on cruises,
dining out, lunching with the ladies, cooking for family, weekly
hair styling with Patty, shopping for bargains, walking, and watching
her favorite Irish singer, Jack and his wife Sue.
Ann often worked two jobs so her daughters could take
dancing lessons. Ann enjoyed watching her granddaughters,
Michelle, Nicole, and Jennifer grow up to give her four
great grandchildren, Antonio, Parker, Finley, and Brady.
Ann will be loved and missed by all who knew her including
additional family and loved ones, including son-in-law Darrell,
"grandson" John, her sister, Catherine, brother,
Jackie, sister-in-law Anne, brother-in-law Jim, all of her
Scheid and McGuire neices and nephews, friends, acquaintances.
A new shining star of an angel has entered Heaven.
