Anna L Savvas' Obituary
Anna L. Savvas, 94, passed away on January 4, 2024, at Suncoast Hospice in Palm Harbor, FL.
She was born in Tarpon Springs, FL on December 22,1929. Her family moved and settled into New York City when Anna was five years old where she met her husband and started a family. She was a hairstylist to the “stars” for many years. She enjoyed traveling to her family’s farm in Tarpon Springs and relished in the Greek culture. After 33 years, her family moved to Dunedin, where she has resided for the last 56 years of her life.
Anna was preceded in death by her beloved husband Robert “Harry” Savvas.
She is survived by her 3 children, Helene (Michael) McTaggart, Harryette Savas & Christopher (Monique) Savas. 5 Grandchildren, Kristin (Everett) Hallamek, Cassie (James) Garrison, Amanda (Jason) Lowe, Andrea (Brian) Torres & Alecia Savas and 7 Great Grandchildren, Madeline, Jakob, Finnegan, Noah, Joshua, Athena & James. She was a loving sister, wife, mother, Granny & YiaYia’. To us all she has left a very special love.
