Barbara Roeder's Obituary
Barbara Ellen Roeder, age 94, of Dunedin, Florida, passed away peacefully on March 26, 2026, in Palm Harbor, Florida.
Barbara was born on November 7, 1931, in Atlanta, Georgia. She made Dunedin her home for the past 68 years and was a devoted member of the community. In addition to being a loving mother and grandmother, Barbara dedicated part of her life to her work as a nurse, a role that reflected her caring and generous nature.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert “Bob” Roeder, who passed away in 2015; her son, Alan Roeder, who died in 2024; and her daughter, Toni Hutfilz, who passed in 2025.
Barbara was a proud member of the Junior Service League of Dunedin and enjoyed spending her leisure time bowling and playing bridge. Her greatest joy, however, was time spent with her family, especially her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom she cherished deeply.
She is survived by her daughter, Terri Maciuszek, of Dunedin, Florida.
Services will be held at Moss Feaster Funeral Home in Dunedin, Florida, on Monday, March 30, 2026. Visitation will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., followed by a service at 12:00 p.m.Burial will follow at Curlew Hills Memory Gardens in Palm Harbor, Florida.
