Bernice Rowles Tibbs' Obituary
TIBBS, Bernice R. 98, of Dunedin, Florida passed away September 22, 2015 at Cross Terrace Nursing Home. Bernice was born in Lynchburg, VA. She was a member of Union Hall Baptist Church in Brookneal, VA. Bernice worked as a seamstress for the Appomattox Garment Factory in Appomattox, VA. In 2009, Bernice moved from her home in Concord, VA. to the Dunedin area to be near her family. She is survived by her loving son, Edwin E. Tibbs and daughter-in-law Bonnie Tibbs of Dunedin, FL; grandson, Michael Shaun (Diana) Tibbs of Santa Rosa Beach, FL; granddaughter Andrea E.(Brad) Jackson of Dunedin, FL; great-grandchildren, Bode Tibbs, Hanson Tibbs, Rian TIbbs, Miller Tibbs, Avery Jackson, and Brayden Jackson; sister-in-law Nancy Rowles of Lynchburg, VA; and several nieces and nephews.
