Blanche M. Kirchoffer, 79 of Tarpon Springs, Florida Passed away on April 17, 2016. Blanche was born in Lansdown, Pennsylvania on June 17, 1936 and moved to Oldsmar, Florida in 1992 then to Tarpon Springs, She was a Registered Nurse. Survived by her Husband Richard, son Keith (Terri), and daughter Kim Kirchoffer, two grandsons Shane and Ryan and her brother Donald Kurtz.
