Carmine A. Sementa's Obituary
Carmine A Sementa, native of Chicago, Illinois, was born November 30, 1927. A devoted son to Filomena (Fiore), cherished husband to the late Rosilyn (Cavalier), passed peacefully on November 20, 2025, in the presence of his children Debra, Garry (Mari) and Joel, and his beloved caregivers Margoth Ezaro and Maria Gutterez.
Carmine owned and operated C A Sementa Co. for 50 years until he retired.
Papa will be forever loved by his grandchildren Drew, Nicolas, Christopher (Julie), Katie (Jimmy), Nicole (Jay), Carmine, Bianca, and Luke (Kylie).
He adored his great grandchildren Emiliana, Drea, Dean, Patrick, William, Vincent, Amelia, Eloise, George, Giana, Leonardo and Donzi. He leaves behind his sister Nancy (Edward) Pugliese and is joined in heaven by his brother Louie (Diane). And all those who loved and respected him. He served his country as a Sargent in the army during WWII. He will be remembered for his love of anything sweet, his favorite saying: Mi Familia Primo/my family first, for making everyone he met feel special, and for his beautiful smile.
