Carol Spezzano's Obituary
Carol (Boehme) Spezzano, 83, passed away on February 12, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Angelo “Andy” Spezzano.
Born on February 7, 1942, in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, Carol was the daughter of the late Joseph T. and Ruth F. Boehme. She and Andy built a beautiful life together, raising their children in Natick, Massachusetts, and later in Encino, California.
Carol’s career was as diverse as her interests, spanning work at a television station, a veterinary clinic, and career placement at Regis College. However, her greatest joy came from time spent with family, especially at Province Lake, in Effingham New Hampshire. Summers at the lake were the heart of her childhood, and she carried on the tradition, bringing her own children to experience its beauty during summers and winter weekends. In retirement, she and Andy split their time between Province Lake and Dunedin, Florida, creating cherished memories with family and friends.
Carol is survived by her son, Greg Spezzano, and his husband, Michael Bukzin; her daughter, Nancy Jameson, and her husband, Steve Jameson. She was a devoted grandmother to Lauren Parkhurst and her husband, Joe, as well as Hannah Jameson and her partner, Zack Katzen. She was also blessed with two great-grandchildren, Drew and Lilah Parkhurst, who were her pride and joy.
Carol’s kindness, warmth, and deep love for her family will be forever remembered and deeply missed by all who knew her.
A Celebration of Life will be held in New Hampshire on June 8,2025 at 2:00 PM at the home of Nancy and Steve Jameson, 11 Hickory Ridge Drive, Plaistow, NH 03865.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Carol’s memory may be made to Empath Suncoast Hospice, 5771 Roosevelt Boulevard, Clearwater, Florida, 33760, or online at suncoasthospice.org.
