Catherine L. Rhodes was born in Chicago, Illinois on September 27, 1948 to parents John and Betty Lou Corbishley Frost. Catherine was a teacher for Pinellas county schools until retirement . She enjoyed spending time at the beach, family , eating out and reading a good book. Catherine passed away peacefully on March 31, 2020. She is survived by her loving family.
