Cecile L. Adams' Obituary
Cecile L. (Vachon) Adams, 96, of Clearwater Florida, passed Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at Suncoast Hospice in Palm Harbor, Florida.
Cecile was born in Woonsocket, Rhode Island. She worked as an assistant engineer for American Phillips Company for many years, before retiring to Florida in 1997.
She was a member of the Rhode Island Club of Florida. Cecile enjoyed knitting, bingo and was an avid Tampa Bay Rays fan. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Cecile was preceded in death by her parents, William J. Vachon and Eva Fisette Vachon; husband, Edwin C. Adams. She is survived by her son, David E. Adams of Los Angeles; California; daughters, Sandra Mathieu of Clearwater, Florida and Audrey Adams of Bristol, Rhode Island; sister, Rhea Butera of Woonsocket, Rhode Island; one grandchild and four great-grandchildren.
A Graveside Service will be held at Union Cemetery in North Smithfield, Rhode Island at a later date.
