Charles "Charlie" Robert Barber's Obituary
Charles Robert "Charlie" Barber, 58, of Dunedin, FL died Monday, December 26th after a brief illness.
Charles Barber was born on September 16, 1964, in DeWitt, Iowa, to Lee and Luanne (Gradert) Barber. He attended Central Community Schools i n DeWitt and graduated with the class of 1983.
He married Jalane Krogman on September 18, 1987, in Clinton, Iowa. For more than 30 years, they resided in the Tampa, FL area, where Charlie worked in the construction, maintenance and property management industries and most recently for Target Corporation.
In his free time, Charlie enjoyed Golfing, cheering for the Iowa Hawkeyes, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Lightning and spending time with his Family.
He is survived by his wife, Jalane; daughter, Kari of Brooklyn, NY; son, Lee of Dunedin; parents, Lee and Luanne Barber; sisters, Elaine (Randy) Franck and Maureen (Robert) Hanson; brothers-in-law, Marc (Elena) Krogman, Allan (Darla) Krogman, and Clint (Yvonne) Krogman; sister-in-law, Charlene (Kenny) Martin and many nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were his father-in-law, Arthur Krogman; mother-in-law, Georgene Krogman, and sister-in-law, Michelle Krogman.
A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Condolences may be sent to the family.
