BAILEY, Charlotte A. , 93 of Clearwater passed away peacefully on December 12, 2015. Charlotte moved to Florida in 1941 from Burlington, Iowa. She was employed as a secretary for Moss Funeral Home of Clearwater. Charlotte enjoyed Gardening and visiting with friends and family. She is survived by loving family and friends. A private memorial service is planned at her residence on 12/9/2015.
