Charlotte M. Horner's Obituary
Charlotte Horner, 95, of Clearwater, FL passed away Monday, December 12, 2022. She was born on January 8,1927 in West Allis, Wisconsin to Beatrice (Dorscheid) Haessly and Mathias Haessly. Charlotte was a graduate of business college and became a secretary for a professor at the University of Illinois in Champaign where she met her husband Robert Horner. She became very active in the Episcopal Church. Charlotte enjoyed being near water, swimming, playing tennis, reading and watching comedies on television. She is survived by sisters Cathleen,94, and Marge,86 of Champaign, Illinois; daughter Gail Charman,70 of Colorado Springs, Colorado and son Tom,67 of Delray Beach Florida. Charlotte also has three grandsons Mark,45, David, 43, and Paul, 39, great grandson Ethan and great, great granddaughter Carter all living in Colorado Springs. Her husband Robert, brothers Jim and Bob all preceded her in death.
