Constance Marie Miller's Obituary
Constance Marie Miller, 72, of Clearwater, Florida, passed away on May 7, 2026, in Safety Harbor.
Born in Buffalo, New York, Constance moved to Florida in 1985, where she made her home and built a life centered on family, faith, and simple joys. She was a devoted Catholic whose values guided her throughout her life.
Constance dedicated many years to her work in the service and retail industries. She was employed as a waitress, cashier, and later as a cash office manager at Target. Over the years, she also worked for Sweetwaters, Hops, and SuperTarget, where she was known for her strong work ethic and friendly nature.
She found joy in life’s everyday pleasures, including playing video games, reading, working on puzzle and board games, cooking, and keeping up with the news. She especially cherished time spent with her beloved cat, Pepper.
Constance was preceded in death by her parents, and her siblings Roy Scott, Thomas Scott, Bob Scott, and Denise Scott.
She is lovingly remembered by her husband of 41 years, David Scott Miller; her daughter, Elizabeth Marie Miller; her son-in-law, Frank Dandolauro; and her brothers, Alan Scott and Doug Scott.
Constance will be remembered for her dedication to her family, her kind spirit, and the quiet ways she brought comfort and care to those around her.
