Dale Elizabeth "Grammy Dale" McGowan, 78, of Palm Harbor, Florida, passed Saturday, February 22, 2020. She was born in Linden, New Jersey. Dale was a Hair Stylist and enjoyed serving as a Waitress. Dale was Presbyterian. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr and Mrs. Frederick J. Haas; husbands, Edward J. McGowan, George J. Moran and William T. Gulliford; daughter, Tracy Gulliford; brother, Frederick Haas and nephew, Jack Saulnier III. She is survived by her son, William F.(Patrice) Gulliford; grandsons, Kyle (Samantha) and Kevin Gulliford; sister, Ann (Jack) Saulnier; nephews and nieces, Robert Haas, Jennifer Frawley, Darlene Rourke and Janie.
