Deborah Ann Bouvier's Obituary
Deborah Ann (White) Bouvier of Palm Harbor Florida passed Friday December 29th 2023 at her home after a period of declining health.
She was born 12/31/1931 in Pawtucket Rhode Island, the daughter of Frederick and Elizabeth (McAllister) White.
She was very proud that she could trace her ancestry to Pelgrin White the first baby born on the Mayflower, son of William and Susanna (Jackson) White.
Deborah worked as a hostess at her husband’s restaurant and as an Inspector at Texas Instruments in Rhode Island.
Deborah was a very active member of The Good Shepard Church in Pawtucket RI until she moved to Florida and then became a member of The Good Shepard Church in Dunedin FL. where she was on the vestry for several years, started the Pack a Sack ministry over fifteen years ago that began feeding a dozen children and now feeds over a hundred. She also helped start the quilting and sewing groups. She enjoyed sewing and making crafts for her friends, family and the church’s annual Christmas fair. She will also be remembered for her Fruit Cakes that she baked every Christmas for her friends and family.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Armond Bouvier, Sister Priscilla Rosa and her husband Willam and her longtime companion Gerald Haydin.
She is survived by her four nieces: Sandra Powers and her husband John, Jacqueline Varney, Caroline Powers and her husband Paul and Kristin McIlrath and her husband Teddy as well as many great and great-great nieces and nephews.
Services will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2024, at the Church of the Good Shepherd, 693 Edgewater Dr, Dunedin Florida at 11am.
