Debra Jean Mulesky's Obituary
It is with sadness that her family announces the passing of Debra Jean Mulesky of Port Richey, Florida, on Monday, April 4, 2016. Debra was 57 years-old.
Debra was born in Bay Shore, New York, on December 19, 1958. She was one of eight children and grew up in Suffolk County, Long Island, New York. She was a 1977 graduate of West Islip High School. She met her future husband, John Francis Mulesky, while still in high school. Debra and John got married on Mother’s Day, May 9, 1982, and the couple had their only child, Christopher Robert Mulesky, in 1984.
Debra, John, and Christopher moved to Florida in 1989 where they have resided since. During her time in Florida she worked as a baker in Walmart for more than 27 years.
Deb had battled through many recent health problems with strength and good humor. Despite her challenges she always bounced back, acting as an inspiration to her family and co-workers.
Debra enjoyed going on cruises, loved pinball, her pets, and playing computer games. She was deeply devoted to her family and was a generous, loving soul. She will be missed by so many.
In her immediate family Debra is survived by her husband, John, of 34 years, and her son, Christopher.
A memorial mass will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, April 9, at the Light of Christ Church in Clearwater, Florida. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Debra’s name to the Light of Christ Early Childhood Center, 2176 Marilyn St., Clearwater, Florida, 33765.
