Dennis passed away peacefully on July 4, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of warmth, humor, and devotion to the people he loved. He is survived by his wife Barbara, his sisters Regina and Margaret, his sons Erik (Theresa) and Scott (Melissa), and his grandchildren Colin, Riley, Michael, and Auroa.
Dennis had a gift for bringing joy into any room he entered. His jokes were the kind that lingered—retold at family gatherings, remembered with a smile, and cherished for the way they connected everyone around him. He loved traveling with Barbara, exploring new places side by side, collecting memories that became treasured stories.
At home, he was never happier than when gathered around a cribbage board, sharing laughter, competition, and companionship with his family.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, and lovingly remembered for the light he brought into their lives. The family will hold a private memorial at a later time.
