Donald Lee Laycox, 95, of Dunedin, Florida, passed away January 27, 2024. He was born in Columbus, Ohio and moved to Florida in 1995. He was a buyer for Federated Department Stores and employed by Lazarus company. Donald proudly served in the United States Navy and he enjoyed traveling the world with his wife, gardening, and acting in local theater, also with his wife.
Donald is pre deceased by his loving wife; Donna J. (Reiss) Laycox; his sister, Patricia (Laycox) Rinehart; and two sons-in-law, Jack Carothers and William E. Mathews. He is survived by his son, Dirk Laycox; two daughters, Dawn Mathews Butler and her husband, Richard, and Debra Carothers; six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; two nieces; and two nephews.
