Donald Elmer Spencer Jr's Obituary
Donald Elmer Spencer, Jr, 70 of Oldsmar, Florida passed on Monday, October 9, 2017 at Mease Countryside Hospital.
He was born in Idaho the son of Luella and Donald Spencer, Sr. Don was a Sergeant in the US Army and served his country bravely in the Vietnam War. He had a long and distinguished career of 25 years in sales management with IBM. Don is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Sharon, two brothers Kevin and Kenneth Spencer, and sister Varna Fuller. He was preceded in death by his sister, Belinda Brewer. He adored his in-laws, nieces and nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
Don was a big man with a big heart. He will be dearly missed by friends and family.
A celebration of Don's life will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, October 18th at Moss Feaster Dunedin Funeral Home, 1320 Main Street, Dunedin. A gathering of family and friends will be held prior to services from 10:30 am to 11:00 am. A Reception will be held afterwards.
Memorial contributions can be made in Don’s name to the American Heart Association.
