He loved fishing and always insisted on taking my brothers and I. Once, we didn't bring bait, so we used raw hot dogs; I still laugh about it when I remember. Of course, as you probably guessed, we didn't catch anything. He also loved golfing; I still remember the time I went golfing with him. I wasn't very good, but I didn't care, I just wanted to see him.
Also, every year for Father's Day we would drive up to his house, grill out, and swim in his pool, most of my memories with him are from those times.
