Dorothea Marsden's Obituary
Dorothea Marsden, 94 of Clearwater, Florida, passed away Saturday, January 2, 2021. She was born in Woodlynne, New Jersey June 18, 1926 to Michael and Hannah (Newkirk) Holt.
Dot was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was an avid reader and received much enjoyment from cooking, knitting, and making ceramic crafts. Dot was a member of the DAR. Longtime residents of New Jersey, Dot and her husband, Jim, retired to Florida where they were active members of their condominium association and made many new friends. She attended St. Paul United Methodist church. She loved living at the lake in Florida and particularly enjoyed watching the birds and the other wildlife there.
Dorothea is preceded in death by her husband James and is survived by a son, Michael & spouse Pam, grandson Nicholas & spouse Anna.
