Douglas Guilfoile's Obituary
Guilfoile, Douglas, 71, of Palm Harbor died Monday, July 14, 2014. Doug was born the fourth of five siblings to Joseph H. and Eleanor Guilfoile in Waterbury, Connecticut. A 31 year resident of Dunedin, Florida, he returned to the area in May 2010. Doug made many friends while driving tours across the USA. He was an avid sports fan, especially when it came to the Boston Celtics. He will be remembered for his quick wit, amusing sayings, and everlasting pride for his family. Predeceased by his parents, sister Eleanor M. Rose and brother Timothy T. Guilfoile; Doug is survived by his wife and sweetheart Roberta; his brothers Joseph F. Guilfoile and Patrick Guilfoile; his children Douglas G. Guilfoile and Amy M. Weber. Doug will also be missed by his 4 grandchildren Alison, Nicholas, Jack and Kameran, 9 nieces and nephews, and his loyal dog Buddy.
