First ... my condolence to the Harkless family.
I met Ed in the 3rd grade...haha 1962-1963 .. wow.
He was a good guy then also.
We meet in the lunch line, at the cafeteria ... someone standing behind Ed ..reached over and pushed me... I turned around.. there was Ed...so, I punched him in the belly ... found out he did not do it. I apologized to Ed and we became best buddies. As life has it.. we moved and lost track.
I also was in the military and sure Ed was a good man and father.
God bless Ed :-) You are a good friend.
