Bibas (Leeper), Eileen M, 51 of Clearwater, FL formerly of Morristown, NJ passed away on 11/10/14. She is survived by 2 brothers Richard Leeper & Joseph (Damaris) Leeper both of Morristown, NJ, 5 sisters. Suzanne Sturzbecker of Liverpool, Ny, Kathleen Watters of Leesburg, FL, Diane Douglas of Denver, CO. Alice Betts (George) of Pembroke Pines, FL and Maria (Chris) Koval of Landenberg, PA; 9 Nieces and nephews and 7 great nephews. She is predeceased by her parents Curtis and Gertrude Leeper and 3 brothers Curtis, Fredrick and John Leeper. Visitation will be held from 7 – 9 PM on Friday at Moss Feaster Funeral Home, 693 S. Belcher Road, Clearwater, FL. Funeral services will be held at 10 AM Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell with Military Honors.
