So many memories over the years! One thing that pops into my head is the large tin of "Charles'" potato chips that Aunt Eileen would break out at family cookouts. I will also always remember her talking about the numerous knitting and quilting projects she always had in the works.
One particularly fond memory is of Joan and I being able to celebrate Aunt Eileen and Uncle John's 50th anniversary, along with Mom and Dad, at the then recently renovated Mt. View Grand Hotel. After a lovely dinner, the Hotel GM gave us a guided tour and detailed history of the property. I remember Aunt Eileen being so thrilled and interested in hearing about the history and renovation project.
I think my most endearing memory I will have is how she talked about her family. She could not talk enough about her kids, grand kids and great grand kids. She loved her family!
You will be missed, but always remembered, Aunt Eileen ❤️
