Elizabeth Ann Bagnuolo's Obituary
Elizabeth A. Bagnuolo (nee Roach) passed away peacefully April 21, 2025. She was born in Scarsdale, NY and is predeceased in death by her husband, Joe; and her son, Michael. Betty is survived by her children; Raymond of White Plains, NY, Kathryn (Michael Gray) of Clearwater, FL, and Joseph (Erin) of Fleming Island, FL; along with her loving grandchildren, Ella and Hope.
The eldest of five children, Betty worked in the family’s grocery store from a young age helping her father, and then her mother after his passing. This experience helped her later manage her family, which at times included dogs, ducks and rabbits.
After moving to Long Island, Betty worked part time for Welcome Wagon, greeting newcomers to the neighborhood. Upon relocating to Florida, she became a travel agent at Orange Park Travel and managed the office, which was across from Moose haven, where she helped many seniors plan trips and vacations.
Betty enjoyed retirement with Joe in Timber Pines, Spring Hill, FL until his passing in 2011. She then adopted a Shih Tzu named Cassie that was always by her side, and in her arms right now.
There will be a funeral mass on October 11, 2025, 11:00 am, at Immaculate Heart of Mary in Scarsdale, NY with interment of Betty and Joe immediately following at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne, NY.
