Elizabeth M. Coakley's Obituary
Elizabeth M. (Furlotte) Coakley, 90 years old, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 13, 2012, Elizabeth, formerly from Medford, MA and Clearwater, FL, for the past 18 years, was a dedicated and loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and aunt. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, William (Bill) Coakley along with 3 daughters, 2 grandchildren, 1 brother and several nieces and nephews. Elizabeth was known to all who knew her as Betty and to her beloved grandchildren as Mimi. Elizabeth was a homemaker taking care of her own children and husband, and also was the primary care giver for her parents. She had a great love of ballroom dancing which she shared with her husband along with the many summers she spent on Cape Cod. In her retirement years, she was a member of the "Red Hats" and enjoyed line dancing, Silver Sneakers, and time with her girlfriends. Elizabeth will always be remembered for her bright, beautiful smile and kindness to all who knew her.Friends are welcome to pay their respects on Sunday, November 18, 2012, from 2:00pm to 3:30pm at the Emeritus at Beckett Lake Assisted Living Facility. 2155 Montclair Road, Clearwater, FLMemorial donations can be made in Elizabeth's memory to the Salvation Army or the
