I have never known anyone as beautiful as Betty Nipper. She was always joyful and full of life. She will be missed.
Betty and I grew up in Nichols, Fl, but were years apart in age, she much older than I. The one distinct thing I recall from those long-ago times growing up in that little village, was that of her walking down the little curved village road, swinging her arms and whistling. Her lively, animated free spirit (or so it seemed looking back) seemed
to be the epitome of happiness and freedom.
