Elizabeth "Lib" Stanley's Obituary
Stanley, Elizabeth "Lib", passed away August 20, 2018. Lib was predeceased by her husband, Aubrey, he passed away in 1984. Lib and Aubrey moved from Greensboro, NC to Clearwater in 1954. Together in 1959, they started Stanley Sports Supply, which is run today by their sons. Elizabeth was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church in Clearwater for over 50 years. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family. Elizabeth is survived by her sons, Raymond (Julie), Robert (Karen) and David (Shari). Grandchildren, Lisa, Jennifer, Jessica, Allison, Jason, Andrea, Erika and Meagan.
And 15 great-grandchildren. The Stanley family would like to thank the staff and residents of Brookdale Countryside for their love and support. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her name to Suncoast Hospice. Local arrangements handled by Moss Feaster. Final resting place will be with Aubrey in Greensboro.
