Karstunen, Ellen May “Ellie”, 85, of Lake Highlander in Dunedin, FL, passed away on July 17, 2019. Ellen was a member of First Christian Church of Dunedin, a mother of 2 children, grandmother of 3, a wonderful and talented seamstress, long time church volunteer, choir member, a former Foreman at National Lock Hardware in Rockford, IL. and a loving Sunday School teacher.
She is preceded in death by her father, Spencer Blanchard; mother, Eva Blanchard; daughter, Dawn Baker and son, Dean Jones.
Ellen is survived by her loving husband, Robert Karstunen; granddaughter, Kara Nelson; grandson, C.J. Baker; 2 sisters, Leta and Dolly and 1 brother, Charlie.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to First Christian Church of Dunedin.
