The first time I ever saw a homeless person was with my mom and she insisted we go home and make as many sandwiches as we could so we could return it to him. She wrote on every napkin with prayers and her personal thoughts so she could let him know that Jesus loves him and have something to eat for 7 days for this is who my mother really was. This is the memory I'm thinking of tonight. I really miss her.
