Thank you for your thoughts. My Opa was 5 days short of 104. He lived a wonderfully long time and touched many people. He could be tough, but was always kind. His sense if humor was so sumple but complete. He taught me how to play rummy and it was amazing to watch him and how his mind worked. He made me laugh and when he hugged me, I thought I was about to have my insides come out. He was also married to my wonderful Nanna for over 70years. They were beautiful together and for each other... I'm glad they are together again. I can hear my Nana....Fran, Fran!" as she called him adoringly. He would turn to me and just smile..God he loved her.
Thank you Opa for blessing us all with your company for the last 104 years. I wish you all could have met him..for those who did, I'm sure you have your own memories and are smiling with me. We are all better because of him and luckier to have had him with us
