Frank and Louise Guerrere
Francis S. Guerrere, 96, passed away peacefully at home on October 30, 2022. Known as “Frank” or “Fritz,” he was born in Norwalk, CT, on October 27, 1926. He was a 1944 graduate of Norwalk High School and a WWII veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was retired and lived in Florida with his beloved wife, Louise Ann (Zelli) Guerrere, prior to her death at 93 years old in April 2019. Louise was born on April 21, 1926, in Raven Run, PA, and graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School in Brooklyn, NY, in 1943. Frank and Louise were married for 70 years and took great joy in traveling the world together.
The couple is survived by their children: Frances (and Richard) Lyon of Palm Harbor, FL, and Marion (and Andrew) Gillon of Oldsmar, FL; their grandchildren: Erika (and Kyle) Alonso of Miami, FL, and Alexander Findlay of New Port Richey, FL. Frank is also survived by his sister, Marion Rogers of Norwalk, CT, and his brother, Thomas (and Annette) Guerrere of Milford, NH.
Frank and Louise will be laid to rest together at 11:30am on November 23, 2022, at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513
