ROGERS, Francis Keith, 64, of Largo, Florida, passed away Aug. 12, 2011 at Cypress Palms A.L.F. in Largo. He was born in Clarksburg, WV to Francis C. and Leona P. (Hurst) Rogers, and moved to Florida in 2007 from Lumberport, WV, where he was a heavy equipment operator. He was a member of First Christian Church of Dunedin, FL.He was preceded in death by a brother, David.Survivors include a son, Joshua Titus, and his wife Mariah of Lumberport, WV; a brother, Robert Rogers and his wife Vee of Huntington, WV; sisters, Judie Thornton and her companion Roger Clark of Winchester, VA., and Ruth Barnhart and her husband Jim of Canton, TX, and a grandson, Seth Titus.A memorial service held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at First Christian Church of Dunedin. There will be an additional memorial service at a later date in Lumberport.
