Frankie was born in Stillwater, Oklahoma on October 26, 1929 were she worked as manager in an ice cream shop for over 25 years. She is survived by her 3 children Donna (Bruce) Brand, Walter (Joanne) Nelson and Archie (Sandra) Nelson 13 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren. There will be a memorial service at a later date. Burial of Frankie's cremains will be at the family plot near Stillwater, Oklahoma.
