My husband Pat and I met George and Nancy when we moved into the neighborhood 3 years ago. George was the “mayor” of our street. He was so fun to talk to and full of stories. We definitely feel his absence. He will be missed for sure. Our sincere condolences to his family.
George Weems was a kind and gentle soul. We met him and his wife Nancy at the
8.00 a.m. mass at St. Michael The Archangel R.C. Church in Clearwater about 3 years ago. He would greet everyone that came in with a smile and "You are warmly welcomed here" He was friendly and cordial to all the people in the church.
We would go for breakfast after mass every Sunday. George would choose his favorite place, and the next week it would be our turn. He was always a great conversationalist and a very interesting man.
He will be dearly missed. God Bless and may you R.I.P. George. Prayers for Nancy and his whole family. Forever in our memory
