Gladys Lomnick's Obituary
Gladys Lomnick, 96 of Ocala and Clearwater was born 07/19/18 in Newberry, FL. Gladys is predeceased by her husband Albert Lomnick and daughter Myrtle (Lomnick) Porter and son Leslie Lomnick; she is survived by sons Joseph R. Lomnick (Erna Vee), Donald Lomnick (Mary Ann) and George Lomnick (Joyce). She was a proud grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother.
She was a survivor. She lived through the Great Depression and WWII. She was the person that you could go to with any problem and you knew that everything was going to be okay.
She was a Sunday school teacher, and she was a homemaker. She was a prayer warrior. She was a confidant. She was a friend. She was a quiet strength in any storm. She was a hero. She was a champion.
There is so much more that can be said, but she was never a proud woman and never one for pomp and circumstance.
